"I was commissioned to do the artwork for the 2007 Breeders' Cup poster 2 years ago,
and this is it. It was gratifying to be flown out to Monmouth, NJ for the festivities,
and witness the bidding war for the painting at the charity auction! It was a great
experience, all around."

"I did these two gouaches after visiting the Woodbrook Hunt in Tacoma, Washington one Fall. The rapport between riders and horses, and the Master of the Foxhounds and his dogs, was exceptional. This being a 'drag' hunt where a scent is laid down to follow -- no live game is used as prey."
