“South Bank of the Columbia River”, oil on panel, 6 x 8 ( framed dimensions: 13 x 11)

This was painted from the opposite (north) side of the Columbia River, where I was attracted to the shapes and forms of the industrial buildings as I looked across the water. The colors in the light reflected onto the buildings was fun to paint. Water is always fun because of how it bounces light and color. I’m a water painting junkie.
